LIBERTAS CAREER CENTRE is an independent organisational unit whose primary goal is to connect secondary school graduates with higher education, monitor skill development and acquisition of existing students and establishing cooperation with economic entities aimed at integration and cooperation of all the above-mentioned segments.

We enable 4^th year secondary school students to become familiar with our higher education institution and get the sense of student life before they enrol to their desired study programmes. We also help them choose the programme that best meets their interests and ambitions. As future students, we offer them a vast range of creative workshops, free preparatory classes for the State Matura Exam and the possibility to apply to our scholarship fund.

We provide student support by monitoring the development of their knowledge and skills. During the course of studying, we implement educational and training programmes through various seminars and field classes. We enrich their regular lectures with guest lectures by distinguished experts from economic, academic and political arenas. After completing their study programmes our students remain connected with their Libertas family through the Alumni Club.

Our cooperation with economic entities enables students to perform student practice and provides employment opportunities. Libertas students have had the opportunity of fast transition to employment with some of the most significant companies in the Republic of Croatia just before or upon completion of their undergraduate study programmes. The success is also underscored by the fact that these economic subject participated in co-creating our study programmes, enabling students to achieve the competitive advantage.

State Matura Exam Preparatory Classes

One of the main determinants of Libertas International University is the promotion of corporate social responsibility. Libertas University connects secondary school institutions with higher education and enables their graduates to acquire and revise knowledge they have gained during their secondary school education and successfully pass the State Matura Exams.

Career Counselling

Students in their last year of secondary school have the opportunity to apply for career counselling at Libertas University. Career counselling is of key significance in choosing the right professional direction that will affect their further development, finally leading to a successful professional career.

Scholarships

Each year, Libertas University grants scholarships to young and talented persons who have demonstrated excellence with their accomplishments during their secondary education in sport and other competitions, but are not able to enrol our programmes due to lack of funding. This is why Libertas University founded a Scholarship Fud aimed at funding tuition fees of secondary school graduates, i.e., first-year students at the university or professional undergraduate study programmes. Through this programme, a large number of students have the opportunity to acquire exceptional education providing them with the possibility to build a successful professional or academic career in Croatia or abroad.

Workshops

Aimed at achieving higher competitiveness during or upon completion of secondary education, students will be given the opportunity to participate in diverse free workshops. The workshops provide additional knowledge and skills upon completion of which the students receive a certificate of completion, which they can showcase in their CVs. This offers them a competitive advantage in job interviews as opposed to candidates with the same educational level.
