Konferenciju je otvorio predsjednik odbora dr. sc. Vinko Kand\u017eija, prof. emeritus koji je pozdravio prisutne te dao rije\u010d rektoru Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Libertas prof. dr. sc. Du\u0161ku Pavlovi\u0107u, te dekanima fakulteta drugih sveu\u010dili\u0161ta koji su bili prisutni.<\/p>\n<p>Radni dio pokrenut je predavanjem dekana Ekonomskog fakulteta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Pri\u0161tini, prof. dr. sc. But Dedaja na temu Perspectives of higher education in the Western Balkan countries in the light of Europe 2020 strategy. Nakon prof. Dedaja, predavanja je odr\u017eala i prof. dr. sc.
