Valentina Keblar\u00a0 doktorirala je na temu <strong><em>Analiza povezanosti implementacije odr\u017eivog razvoja i konkurentnosti hrvatskih marina<\/em><\/strong> pred Stru\u010dnim povjerenstvom u sastavu: izv. prof. dr. sc. Bo\u017eena Krce Mio\u010di\u0107 (predsjednica povjerenstva), doc. dr. sc. Davor Perkov (mentor), i prof. dr. sc.
