About
The study programmeme examines various issues in domestic and international trade, and provides students with skills and competence needed to organise, prepare and make a deal in international trade, and for strategic planning and management in domestic and international trade.
The programmeme covers all areas of management, at the same time focusing on the key functions of trading companies, like sales, purchasing, and storage.
Students will also learn about legal aspects of making contracts in international trade, and will gain an understanding of the specific aspects of e-trade in international trade. The study programmeme will help students become familiar with project management as one of the fundamental tools that help companies adapt to the demands of a tumultuous market. Students will acquire key concepts, knowledge, methodology and practices which help companies gain a competitive advantage on the global market. They will adopt a modern approach to strategic thinking, learn how to analyse a business situation in the company and in business environment, and how to shape and implement the company’s strategy, understanding that the survival and profitability of the company largely depend on it. Upon completion of their studies, students will be able to implement knowledge and skills needed to run companies successfully.
