On March 25, the Zagreb Forum IV conference “The role of China in South East Europe – Initiative 16 plus 1 and chances of cooperation in the Western Balkans” was held at Libertas International University. The conference was organized by the Libertas University and the Center for International Studies and under the auspices of the City of Zagreb. The conference was held for the purpose of promoting business relations between China and 16 Central and Eastern European countries.
