In today’s session, the Senate of the Libertas International University, elected professor Duško Pavlović, Ph.D. for the Rector in the next four-year election. Professor Pavlović has renewed his role as Rector for the past four years. Previously, he was elected dean of the Libertas Business School for three consecutive terms and served one term as president of the University.
Under his leadership, Libertas Business School has grown into Libertas International University, the first private university in Croatia and the largest Croatian private higher education institution with over 3.000 students. Young people from 38 countries from all continents have studied at Libertas International University so far, alongside students from Croatia, and this year students from nine countries have studied at Libertas International University.
Libertas is the only private higher education institution in Croatia where students can study from undergraduate to doctoral education at four colleges and in business school. Professor Pavlović has extensive international experience that he used to organize and manage Libertas University, but also carry out teaching processes in which, alongside Croatian professors, he also included professors from reputable universities from six European countries and US states.
